Refund policy

Rare Soul wants you to love your new accessories! If you are not satisfied, please notify Rare Soul within 7 (seven) days of delivery to initiate a return. Returns must be shipped within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your accessory must be in original condition with the original packaging.

*Gift cards are non-returnable.

Upon inspection of your returned package, you will receive email notification of your return status. If approved, your money will be refunded via your original method of payment.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please consider using a tracked shipping service or adding insurance as there is no guarantee of Rare Soul receiving your package.

If your accessory is defective or delivered damaged, please contact Rare Soul within 14 days of delivery to discuss refund options. Many Rare Soul accessories are one of a kind pieces. If your item is not reproducible, you may receive a refund. If your item is reproducible, you will receive a replacement.
